About
Building the part that is missing between an invoice and a payment
A Saudi company that makes an approved invoice verifiable and financeable — without it being financed twice: invoice to cash, settled out of your buyer's payment.
The problem
A business buys, hires and ships first, then waits sixty or ninety days for its customer to pay.
This is not a profit problem. It is a timing problem, and it closes businesses that are profitable on paper.
The alternatives are slow, or want property as security that a supplier does not have, or are priced off the small supplier's weakness instead of the large buyer's strength — even though the large buyer is the one who owes the money.
The thesis
An invoice approved by a strong buyer is the best security in this arrangement. The real risk sits with whoever is going to pay, not with whoever is waiting.
Saudi Arabia has already built the pieces that make this workable: cleared e-invoicing makes an invoice verifiable by machine, and digital identity and instant payments compress what used to take weeks.
What is missing is one layer that reads those pieces together — the invoice, the commercial register, the bank account activity — and turns them into inputs a credit decision can stand on.
What we built
Invoice verification
Reading the cleared invoice and checking its cryptographic stamp, instead of trusting a file that arrived by email.
Duplicate-financing prevention
A register of invoice fingerprints and assignment notices, so the same invoice cannot be financed in two places.
Risk reading
An assessment that starts from the buyer's strength and actual payment behaviour, not from the supplier's age alone.
Integrations
Connections to accounting and procurement systems, so an invoice arrives from where it already lives rather than from a manual upload.
Our regulatory standing
Fkah is a Saudi company licensed by the Saudi Central Bank to carry on supply chain finance activity, licence no. [xxx].
Our activity is subject to the supervision and control of the Saudi Central Bank. The licence details and the commercial registration are published and kept current on the trust page, and they change there first.
What is available now: finance against approved invoices for suppliers, supplier-finance programmes for large buyers, and the cost estimator.
How we judge ourselves
Arabic first
Everything we publish is written in Arabic first and then translated, not the other way round.
No figure without a source
We publish no statistic, ratio or customer quote before it exists and we are permitted to publish it.
Gaps are stated
What we have not built yet appears on our pages in its true tense: planned, not live.
Compliance before launch
Complaints, privacy and security were built before the product existed, not after it.
