General
What is Fkah?
Fkah is a supply chain finance platform in Saudi Arabia. The idea is simple: an approved invoice that would wait 60 or 90 days becomes cash today, and it settles when your buyer pays. Fkah is licensed by the Saudi Central Bank, licence no. [xxx].
What's the difference between receivables finance and supplier finance?
In receivables finance you, the supplier, submit your invoices and receive the cash. In supplier finance, a large buyer sets up a programme through which its suppliers can be paid early against the buyer's credit strength — usually at a lower cost.
Will my buyer know?
Depends on the product. Confidential receivables finance keeps collections with you and nothing changes for your buyer. In supplier-finance programmes, the buyer set the programme up in the first place.
Which invoices qualify?
ZATCA-cleared e-invoices issued to a corporate or government buyer, no older than [45] days, and not already financed elsewhere.
How do you prevent the same invoice being financed twice?
Every cleared e-invoice carries a cryptographic stamp and hash chain from ZATCA. We verify the stamp and register the invoice before any financing, so it cannot be submitted again.
Is this a loan?
No. You assign a receivable you already hold against your customer, or you are paid early against an approved invoice. No property collateral and no equity dilution.
Pricing
What does it cost?
A monthly rate on the advanced amount, shown in full before you confirm, with VAT and the annualised cost alongside it. Fkah's own ranges are published on the pricing page.
Are there sign-up or monthly fees?
No. Registering and having a limit costs nothing. You pay only when you use it.
What determines my rate?
Your buyer's strength, the payment tenor, invoice size, and your history with us. Use more, settle on time, and your rate improves.
How does repayment work?
Your buyer pays the invoice on its usual date. From that payment the advance and the fee are settled, and the balance is transferred to you.
Onboarding
What documents do I need?
Your CR number (auto-fills through Wathq), the authorised signatory's ID, [6] months of bank statements or an open-banking connection, and your e-invoices.
How long does it take?
Onboarding usually finishes in one sitting, and an invoice verifies in seconds. Published times: [xxx].
Why connect my bank account?
Read-only transaction history — for faster, fairer assessment and to confirm the IBAN belongs to your company. The connection runs through a SAMA-licensed open-banking provider and gives us no control over your account.
Can new companies apply?
The conditions: at least [12] months of trading, and approved invoices from corporate or government buyers.
Regulation & trust
Is Fkah licensed?
Yes. Fkah is licensed by the Saudi Central Bank to carry on supply chain finance activity, licence no. [xxx]. The licence details and the commercial registration are on the trust page.
Where is my data stored?
Inside Saudi Arabia. Company and transaction data is hosted in the Kingdom, and so are its backups and the disaster-recovery copy. The full detail — what we collect, how long we keep it, and your rights — is in the privacy notice at /legal/privacy.
Is the product structured for Shariah compliance?
The structures are certified by Fkah's Shariah board: [xxx]. The certificate is published on the trust page.
How do I make a complaint?
Through the complaints page; you'll receive a reference number within two working days. If unresolved within ten working days, you can escalate to SAMA Cares and then the Committee for Resolution of Finance Disputes.
