How it works
When the money moves, and who pays whom
Four steps between delivering the goods and the money arriving. The invoice, then verification, then cash today, then settlement on the due date.
This is the actual flow for every funded invoice.
The money-flow sequence
Invoice
You deliver and issue an approved invoice
You deliver your goods or service and issue a ZATCA-cleared e-invoice to your buyer, on 30, 60 or 90-day terms.
Verification
The invoice is read and its stamp checked
The invoice's cryptographic stamp and hash chain are verified, and the invoice is registered so it cannot be submitted for financing again.
Cash today
The advance reaches you
The advance is transferred to your own company IBAN net of the fee, and the retained balance stays owed to you until collection.
Settlement
Your buyer pays on the usual date
Your buyer pays the full invoice on its usual date. The advance and the fee are settled from that payment, and the balance is transferred to you.

Who does what, and when
The same sequence written out, for readers who want the detail before the picture.

Final timings are published at launch. We do not publish a time operations cannot hold to.
From the buyer's side
What changes for your buyer
In confidential receivables finance, nothing changes: your buyer pays the same amount on the same date. In supplier-finance programmes the buyer sets the programme up, so the buyer pays on an agreed date while its suppliers are paid early.
