Licence in force

Fkah [xxx] operates under a licence issued by the Saudi Central Bank to carry on supply chain finance activity.

The licence and registration details below are the only authoritative source on this site. A short form of them appears in the footer of every page, so they cannot differ from one page to another.

What we say, and what we do not

We name our supervisor because the rules require it. We do not use its logo, and we do not present it as an endorsement of our products. A licence is permission to carry on an activity, not a guarantee of any financial outcome.

Hosting and security

The marketing site is served from an edge network. No personal data is stored on it.

The requirement we build to: customer and financial data is stored and processed inside the Kingdom, including its backups and its disaster-recovery environment.

Where we are today: form submissions are written to a Neon database in Frankfurt, Germany, outside the Kingdom. That is a real gap, stated here rather than hidden, and it closes before any product launches.

Personal data protection

We collect as little as we can: what you type into a form, plus the technical data any website visit produces.

Marketing contact rests on your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time by writing to us. Every marketing message we send will carry an unsubscribe link.

Invoice verification

A cleared e-invoice in Saudi Arabia carries a cryptographic stamp and a QR code. That makes an invoice verifiable by machine instead of by looking at a scan somebody emailed.

We are building a module that reads the cleared invoice, checks the stamp chain, and records the invoice's fingerprint in an internal register so the same invoice cannot be financed twice.

The module is in development and runs against no real data today.

Shariah structure

Board not yet appointed

We design the structures to be Shariah-compliant; certification is pending the appointment of a named Shariah board to review the contracts and issue its ruling.

Every complaint gets a published channel, a reference number, a stated deadline, and a route to escalate if our answer does not satisfy you.
