Short-dated, verified, auditable receivables
Every asset is tied to a cleared e-invoice carrying a ZATCA cryptographic stamp, with an unbroken document trail from issuance to settlement.
No return figures are published on this page before licensing.
Asset quality
What makes the asset assessable
Tenor distribution
The asset is short-dated by construction: each invoice carries a known due date, and the tenor distribution is built from actual due dates rather than an estimate. Fkah's target ranges: [TODO] — published with the credit policy.
Concentration limits
Limits apply per buyer, per supplier and per sector, and are checked before a transaction rather than after it. Fkah's limit values: [TODO] — set by the credit committee and published at launch.
Duplicate prevention
A cleared e-invoice carries a cryptographic stamp and hash chain from ZATCA. The stamp is verified and the invoice registered in our ledger before any financing, so the same invoice cannot be presented twice — not to us, and not in an amended form.
Credit
Credit policy summary
The full policy, including numeric limits, is shared in the data room under NDA.
Buyer strength first
Assessment starts with whoever will pay: what they are, how they have paid, and how concentrated the supplier is on them.
Verification before decision
The commercial register through Wathq, the invoice through ZATCA, and account activity through a read-only open-banking connection.
Limits before exceptions
Every limit is written into the policy before it is used, and every exception is logged with who approved it and why.
Path to collection
Settlement comes out of the buyer's payment on its due date. Late cases and their handling are documented in the policy and measured monthly.
Structure
Shariah structure
Structures are being designed to be Shariah-compliant, pending approval by a Shariah board whose members will be named on appointment. Until then we describe no product as Shariah-approved.

Reporting
Reporting cadence
Reporting is part of the structure rather than an added service, and its format is agreed before the first transaction.
- Daily
- A transaction file: every asset, its amount, its buyer, its due date and its status.
- Monthly
- Portfolio report: tenor distribution, concentration against limits, exceptions, and arrears.
- On request
- Audit files: the original invoice, its ZATCA stamp, and the transfer record for each asset.
Data room
Request access
The data room holds the full credit policy, report templates, the legal structure and governance documents. Access is under NDA.
A request is not an offer or a commitment by any party.
